    What the studies say

    Human RCTs firmly establish curcumins anti-inflammatory effects (CRP, IL-6 reductions). The mTOR-autophagy work is cell and animal based — the mechanism is credible but the human longevity claim is extrapolation.

    No studies are yet linked to both Curcumin and mTOR Regulation.
