    Evidence is insufficient for this outcome as framed. What the trials show is narrow: phosphatidylserine blunted the acute ACTH and cortisol rise following an exercise or mental arithmetic stressor at 400-800 mg/day. No trial has shown it normalises a dysregulated HPA axis, alters diurnal cortisol rhythm, changes resting morning cortisol, or corrects any measurable endocrine abnormality. The doses used for this effect are also two to eight times those in the cognitive trials, and the studies are small, short and mostly from one research group. Stress hormone regulation implies restoring a disordered system, which has not been demonstrated at any dose.
