    How It Works

Cortisol reduction restores the HPG axis — chronic stress suppresses GnRH and downstream sex hormones, and ashwagandha reliably lowers cortisol 14–30% in trials.

    Evidence

    What the studies say

RCTs in stressed men show improved testosterone, DHEA, and sexual function; a female sexual function RCT showed improved desire and satisfaction. Direct aphrodisiac effects without stress involvement are less established.

No studies are yet linked to both Ashwagandha and Libido Enhancement.

Those with normal stress and cortisol — look to other causes.
