Safety
Caveats
The Cochrane review found only 2 of 108 trials adequate. Mood instability with a bipolar component can be worsened by serotonergic agents - get a diagnosis first. Never stack with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tramadol or triptans. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
