    Methodology

    Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of CoQ10 100 mg three times daily versus placebo for 3 months in adults with migraine.

    Key Findings

    47.6% of CoQ10 patients had at least a 50% reduction in attack frequency versus 14.4% on placebo; attack frequency and days with nausea fell significantly.

    Conclusions

    CoQ10 is superior to placebo for migraine prophylaxis and is well tolerated.
