Caveats
Insufficient evidence. Using enzymes to chase fatigue can delay diagnosis of anaemia, thyroid disease, coeliac disease, diabetes or sleep apnoea. Enzyme blends can cause nausea and cramping; bromelain and papain add mild bleeding risk with anticoagulants.
