Insufficient evidence. Do not use in place of urological care or cancer treatment. Bleeding risk with anticoagulants and antiplatelets; stop 2 weeks before biopsy or surgery. Rare hepatotoxicity. May interfere with some chemotherapy agents — clear with your oncologist.
