Post hoc analysis of 777 participants in the DO-HEALTH randomised trial of vitamin D 2000 IU/day and/or omega-3 1 g/day and/or home exercise, with four next-generation DNA methylation clocks measured over 3 years

Omega-3 alone slowed PhenoAge, GrimAge2 and DunedinPACE; all three treatments had additive benefits on PhenoAge
