Pooled analysis of randomised trials (673 participants) found riboflavin 400 mg/day did not significantly outperform placebo on migraine frequency in the pooled random-effects estimate, though several individual trials in adults reported meaningful reductions in monthly migraine days; results in children and adolescents were consistently null.

Riboflavin 400 mg/day for three months reduced migraine days, duration, frequency and pain.
Limitations
