    Start with food: two eggs supply roughly 300 mg choline, and liver, soy, cod and chicken contribute meaningfully. Next, audit medications with a pharmacist — removing a single high-burden anticholinergic often does more than any supplement. Protect sleep, since cholinergic activity during REM is central to consolidation. If you still want pharmacological support, citicoline at 250-500 mg daily has the best human attention data, while alpha-GPC delivers more choline per gram and is favoured where a larger choline load is wanted.
