Methodology
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group trial of 4 weeks of live B. longum BB536 (1 x 10^10 CFU/day, n=49) versus placebo (n=48) in healthy adults, with dendritic cell markers and cytokines measured alongside in vitro coculture work.
