    CoQ10 pretreatment was associated with higher clinical pregnancy rate (OR 1.84, 95% CI 1.33-2.53), more oocytes retrieved, and lower cycle cancellation and miscarriage rates.

    Conclusions

    CoQ10 pretreatment may improve IVF/ICSI outcomes in women with diminished ovarian reserve, though live birth data remain limited.
