Methodology
Randomised placebo-controlled trial of BioResponse DIM 300 mg/day for 12 months in 130 women with breast cancer taking tamoxifen.

DIM increased the urinary 2:16-alpha-hydroxyoestrone ratio and lowered endoxifen concentrations, without favourable change in mammographic density or other clinical biomarkers.
