Methodology
Three-year randomised double-blind trial of phylloquinone 500 mcg/day plus calcium and vitamin D versus calcium and vitamin D alone in 452 older adults.

Phylloquinone reduced undercarboxylated osteocalcin but produced no difference in bone mineral density at the spine or hip.
