Methodology
Human intervention study in male volunteers comparing 350 mg twice daily C-Med-100 Uncaria tomentosa extract for two months with untreated controls for antibody response to a 23-valent pneumococcal vaccine

Supplemented individuals showed elevated lymphocyte/neutrophil ratios and a reduced decay in 12-serotype pneumococcal antibody titres at 5 months, with no observed toxic effects.
