Randomized placebo-controlled trial of a multi-ingredient androstenedione stack containing 625 mg/day chrysin for 28 days in healthy men aged 30-59
Key Findings
Total testosterone and PSA were unchanged; the stack raised androstenedione, dihydrotestosterone and estradiol (+103%) and lowered HDL-C, showing chrysin did not prevent aromatization.
Conclusions
Chrysin at 625 mg/day failed to block oestrogen formation from ingested androgens in men.
