    Effect of honey, dextromethorphan, and no treatment on nocturnal cough and sleep quality for coughing children and their parents

    Methodology

    Partially double-blinded randomised trial comparing buckwheat honey, honey-flavoured dextromethorphan and no treatment for nocturnal cough from upper respiratory infection in children.
