    Three-year double-blind randomised placebo-controlled trial of MK-7 180 mcg/day with carotid ultrasound and pulse wave velocity endpoints in 244 postmenopausal women.

    Carotid artery stiffness and pulse wave velocity decreased significantly with MK-7, with the largest benefit in women with high baseline stiffness.

    Long-term MK-7 supplementation improves arterial stiffness in healthy postmenopausal women.
