    Methodology

    Prospective open-label long-term follow-up of indole-3-carbinol treatment in patients with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis

    About one third of patients had cessation of papilloma growth and another third had reduced growth rate, while the remainder showed no clinical response.

    Conclusions

    Indole-3-carbinol produced partial responses in recurrent respiratory papillomatosis in an uncontrolled series.
