Methodology
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 72 healthy postmenopausal women aged 45-60 within five years of menopause, taking dried royal jelly equivalent to 3000 mg fresh daily or placebo for six months, with DXA bone mineral density, hip structural analysis and bone turnover markers
