    Methodology

    Secondary analysis of the Time to Conceive prospective cohort: 900 women aged 30-44 contributing 2510 cycles, with daily recorded supplement use and standardized pregnancy testing.

    Key Findings

    Prospectively recorded omega-3 supplement use was associated with a higher probability of conceiving in a given cycle among women without a history of infertility.

    Conclusions

    Omega-3 use is associated with greater fecundability in natural conception, but the design cannot establish causation.
