SNOT-22 improvement was similar between manuka honey and saline; culture negativity was numerically higher with honey (42% vs 19%, p = 0.11) but not significant
Conclusions
Manuka honey irrigation offered no symptomatic advantage over saline

Small sample, single-blinded, concomitant antibiotics and steroids allowed
