Methodology
Double-blind randomized placebo-controlled trial of CoQ10 500 mg/day for 12 weeks in patients with multiple sclerosis; outcomes were validated fatigue and depression questionnaires.
Key Findings
Twelve weeks of CoQ10 at 500 mg/day significantly reduced Fatigue Severity Scale and Beck Depression Inventory scores compared with placebo in patients with multiple sclerosis.
